Warning: If you choose to deliver via a company anywhere, the delivery period may increase to 3 to 5 days more than the period specified for you, if your location is in a small governorate affiliated with the main cities.

All amounts you have paid for orders that have not been accepted or that are cancelled.

"Store Mode" reserves the right to make any changes or modifications to

its website and to the store's policies and agreements, including the

Responsibility:


In the event of damage or loss of the shipment by the shipping company, "Store Mode" does not bear any legal responsibility since the error is made by the shipping company, and the customer must


contact the shipping company to find out what solutions they provide


whether it is direct compensation or otherwise.


Note that the "Store Mode" website will be on the customer's side and will communicate with


the shipping company and find out if they can provide better solutions, whether compensation


or otherwise.


Replacement and return policy:


If you are not satisfied with the product, you can within (3) days of receiving the product


return or exchange it, but on condition that you guarantee to us that the product is intact and in its condition, and if the T-shirt has a name and number printed, the order cannot be returned or exchanged.


Exceptions:


In case of receiving an incorrect/wrong product, no additional shipping fees will be charged and the store will cover it.


We bear the human error of placing an incorrect image of another product or another name


or other errors and the product will be returned from the customer and exchanged if he desires without paying additional shipping fees provided that it has not been used


and the product has been opened by the customer and returned in its original condition.


In case of return for other reasons, the customer needs to exchange the product or the customer's desire has changed in general, the shipping fee will be charged


to the store "29 riyals" and the customer must pay it.


In case of replacement, a shipping fee will be charged from the store to the customer "29 riyals"


in addition to the previous shipping fees that the customer must pay.


When preparing to return the product, the product must be clean.


A shipping policy is sent to the customer and the customer is expected to deliver the product


to the shipping company within 7 days from the date the policy is sent to him.

The customer agrees on the delivery method for shipping companies

with the customer service team according to the policy of each city and where the product was purchased from,

and the policy is canceled if the customer does not deliver the product to the shipping company

within this period.


To request a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp and the response will be within 24 hours.


The refund process takes place from two to four working days from

the shipment's arrival at the store.
